Frank Christopher
I grew up on a lake in Michigan, where summers were all about boating, wakeboarding, and being on the water from sunup to sundown. That’s where my love for everything marine really started. After moving to Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University and study entrepreneurship, I knew I wanted to build something of my own in the yachting world. So, I got to work — literally knocking on doors in Fort Lauderdale. Believe it or not, the first door I knocked on turned into my first client. I polished and waxed his boat, then started washing it every other week.
From there, things started to grow. I took over management of a Vanquish VQ45 for a friend’s dad, and that’s where I really learned the ins and outs of preventative maintenance and how to do things the right way — first class, no shortcuts. As I built more relationships and gained experience, I had the opportunity to start working with Prestige Imports, and now YachtBoss proudly manages their marine division. What began with one boat and a knock on a door has grown into a full-service yacht management company built on trust, relationships, and always delivering top-tier service.
Jack Sardina
Jack Sardina grew up on the water in New Jersey, where boating wasn’t just a hobby — it was a way of life. By the age of 14, he was confidently docking his dad’s 60’ Hatteras sportfish into tight slips, gaining the kind of hands-on experience that can’t be taught in a classroom. That early exposure to real-world boating shaped his deep understanding of vessel operation, maintenance, and systems management.
With a strong mechanical background and a natural eye for detail, Jack brings both technical skill and leadership to the YachtBoss team. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100-Ton Master License and has experience managing and maintaining a wide range of yachts and sportfish vessels. Jack doesn’t just oversee the job — he’s actively involved in every project, making sure things get done right, on time, and to the highest standard.
